Stayed at this Hotel because of a contract I am performing at a nearby business. I should have stayed with the preferred vendor.
From the fumbling around at check in because they did not "pre-prepare" the reservations weekly to trying to track down an employee at checkout to get a copy of the bill to a breakfast bar stocked like a bachelors refrigerator.
This is the final of 6 weeks and the average cost per night was in the "Upper East Side Manhattan, NY" range. Rooms were just "ok" but the noise level was not. The breakfast choices were meager for the chain that advertises eating breakfast here is a smart thing to do. Half of the "main items" are not offered at this property (Biscuits/Gravy) and so few of the remaining items (Egg/Meat) that it became a "Lord of the Flies" event to try to eat. It was hit or miss on other breakfast bar items and even the little cartons of milk were frequently absent.
I'm thinking at such an astronomical price that enough breakfast food should be provided and the full menu made available.
For a better value consider staying 5-10 miles outside of this vastly overpriced property.
On the plus side the WiFi was stable and reasonably fast!

The reception wasn't helpful at all , i waited for 2 hours to get a room than when i start to complain they told me the room is available !!!
There is NO BELLMAN . it means you have to carry all your bags without any assistance even if you asked for it !!!
There was NO Water in the room !! i asked for room service to get me a bottle of water but they told me i have to get down to the reception to buy one !!
the room wasn't clean enough

We were happy with this hotel in Cambridge. We had a large group of people and we had a problem with the control unit on wall with all 3 rooms! Staff ingnored our request to be away from elevator and extra pillows so pointless to request ahead of time. Breakfast bar was great. Location nice and convenient but on edge of bad area.

Great stay in Cambridge to see the Red Sox. We loved the Cinnamon Rolls to go!

The hotel staff were nice as could be and the guest room was terrific. However, the location of this hotel is poor--in a dimly lit area where I did not feel safe at all. Since I rarely feel unsafe, this stood out...not a place to walk from the train/bus at night.

Were there four nights for a family wedding. Staff was always available for questions, etc. Rooms were nice. They were busy and could have used a bigger lobby area and the dining area got crowded due to the number of guests but the food was good--even had meats and eggs and not just carbs! Fresh fruits, pancake maker, microwave, variety of milks, yogurts and cereals. Appeared to try to please all tastes. Oh, and fantastic pillows on every bed--with pillowcases embroidered "Soft", "Medium" and "Firm". Great for reading and/or sleeping!
