Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 A chain is a chain With Holiday Inn you know pretty well what you're going to get, and that is probably why you stay there. But even Holiday Inns have a range, and this was a good one -- helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast (though slightly less choice than some others). Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good for regular visits Have to stay overnight in Cambridge quite regularly to visit elderly relative who is in and out of hospital. This hotel does what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express and it has the added benefit of friendly staff. I know here I can get a quiet room, a decent nights sleep and an ok breakfast to start the next day, at a not too high price for Cambridge. April 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Relaxed Atmosphere We have stayed at a few Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express both at home and in the USA and this hotel is one of the best. The staff were very helpful and courteous without being over the top and intrusive. The rooms and public areas are clean and tidy. Although the hotel is next to Cambridge Airport there was very little noise. All in all an enjoyable stay and we will be back the next time we visit Family in the area. April 16, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed unlike other hotels We stayed at the Cambridge Holiday Inn at Coldhams Business Prk for one night. We received a warm welcome. When showed to our room we were pleasantly surprised. The double bed was very comfortable (not too hard). The room was spotless. The bathroom was also sparkling clean. We had a lovely stay and in the morning, we hadn't expected a full English breakfast as the price was so reasonable. However, the breakfast was very good for what we paid. There were continental items as well as hot items which provided a hearty breakfast and a good start to the day. The only negative comment is that the bar prices are too high compared to local pubs and also we resent having to pay for film channels and wifi. Apart from that we highly recommend this hotel. Would have been happier this information had been relayed to me at time of booking. Room appeared £25 cheaper after I booked April 12, 2013
