Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent Stay The stay met our expectations. We were upgraded which was nice but we did not use the whirlpool in the room. The shower in the bathroom was a bit small and the upgraded room was directly across from the elevator which could have been noisy. September 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel value. This hotel offers good value. It is not quite at the level of competitors in the area but does offer a lower price point and therefore value. The entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was reasonably good. I've had better and worse. All the food was of good quality, cooked appropriately. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience on this trip. Very disappointed in the visit to Holiday Express-Cambridge, MD. Room was damp the entire 5 days we were there. Told it would be repaired. Housekeeping apparently didn't work those 5 days. Sheets were never changed, towels, hand towels and wash clothes were in short in demand. i had to go out and find housekeepers cart to get toilet paper. Never vacuumed the carpet. We asked each day to have the room cleaned. Phone never worked in the room. All of these things were brought up to the staff at the front desk but apparently no one was willing to take any interest in fixing the problems. We were asked if we would like to change rooms at check out. Fortunately we were out of the room about 16 hours each day due to the reason for being in Cambridge. September 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great staff, night sleep and good coffee This hotel just adds a little bit of something extra when you walk in the door. It's not just a regular dry smile. The Staff at the front desk are genuine and connect with you on a personal level. It makes it feel like home. The bed was so comfortable! And The coffee was fresh and the pool was a treat!
