Had to check out after two nights of a five night booking as outside and AC noise made sleeping impossible. Staff couldn't figure out how to check me out and I am still waiting for my receipt.

I was more than pleased with our stay here. The location is close to Washington, D.C. and the shuttle service to the Metro is extremely convenient. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. If I had one irritation, it would be that in our king bed room there was only room for one chair and it was uncomfortable for one of us to sit on the bed for any length of time. I would recommend another chair or stool for rooms with more than one guest. However, we were there as tourists so we were not in the room that long except at night. I would highly recommend this hotel for service, location, accommodation and cost. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very efficient at a low rate. Close to Metro Station. Exterior and room renovation is underway at Hotel. Not many options to eat locally.

I came out of town to stay 1 one day and the service was great.The staff was real friendly and made the hotel feel like home. Was really impressed and whenever I come in town again,this is the hotel I will be staying in.

The internet wifi was kicking me off a lot and varied with service. I had to go to the lobby and had the same experience. I spoke to the manager about it and I received the shoulder shrug "hmm.. I don't know". I requested them to call their IT because I am in IT and this is what should be done. I ended up giving up and used my cell phone as
Hit spot wifi using my personal phone/ data usage. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning to find my shower broken and had to use the sink to wash my hair. I reported this too to the front desk thinking I would get decent customer service but rather was told, "I'm sorry". I should have not been charged for my one night stay. I travel a lot all over the US and I am not for sure if I will stay at Holiday Inn anymore.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a visit to the DC area. The hotel was great. We booked online and when we arrived it was everything we expected. The rooms are newly remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly too. It was an easy commute to the downtown area on the metro. The hotel has free shuttle service to and from the metro but parking all day only costs $5.10. We found it was just as easy to park. The staff at the metro was extremely helpful when it came to using the machines to purchase the metro tickets. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again!!
