did not have hot water for 2 nights.breakfast was same every morning.. one employee would sit or lean on counter to talk to employee behind counter every morning, very unprofessional. In the motels defense they are supposidly giving me extra reward points, but didnt do it voluntarily i had to basically tell them compensate me some way.

This was my third time staying in this hotel and I have never been dissapointed. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. I would definately recommend.

Things started off badly and went down hill from there.
Day 1 -Door handle on the room had to to lifted to open. not that easy when hands are full or any other time for that matter.
housekeeping never made it to the room while I was working and tried to get in at 5PM !!
Day 2 -Shower handle kept spinning around and around and after several minutes of trying finally got water to start flowing.
Asked Front desk to have someone look at the shower and also asked that housekeeping get to my room during the day.
Housekeeping made the bed, but left all the pillows scattered about the room. Towels were never replaced and again, housekeeping wanted to get in the room at 5PM.
Day 3 - Shower was still not fixed, still had no clean towels. NOBODY from management even made an attempt to follow up with the requests I made. I doubt I'll be staying here again unless they plan on making it up in some way.
