I contacted Brandy the first of December about using Holiday Inn Express Campbellsville for the guests attending our daughters wedding the first weekend of March 2015. She gave me a thorough tour and a detailed explanation of the various ways we could go in booking that weekend for our guests. We quickly decided that this was the place that we wanted to book. Brandy stayed in touch with me over the four months leading up to the wedding. We were very pleased with her attentiveness and with her excellent customer service. We booked approx. 15 rooms for approx 30 guests. ALL of our guests were very happy with their experience at the Holiday Inn Express Campbellsville. Many of them spoke of how kind, friendly and helpful the staff were to them during their stay. We were so thankful that when everyone checked out, there was not one complaint. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice size room I stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last two weeks and the first two experiences were great. Nice size room and comfortable beds. However, on my last visit, this was not the case. The beds were uncomfortable, and had multiple hairs on the sheets. Even though the first two visits were ok, the last visit was the final impression. Also, this hotel is over priced for the quality and the area. February 13, 2015
