Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable beds. No issues with service. THE GUEST ROOM AND BATHROOM WERE CLEAN AND STOCKED WITH TOWELS AND AMENITIES. Check in was smooth. I am a platinum member and ordinarily have automatic upgrades and a choice to a gift or 500 points. I was not offered either one which is the first time that has happened in quite a while. Overall the stay was very good. This was not a business trip so I had my wife with me. Ordinarily she is much pickier about things than I am. Good stay with no issues. May 27, 2015

From the front desk to the facilities staff, all were smiling and pleasant.
