Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Brand New Hotel with No WiFi I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pittsburgh because it was close to where my meeting was taking place. I was in the city a week for work. The internet (wi-fi) did not work the entire time I was at the hotel. Hotel staff had technicians onsite trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the problem. Because of this I could not use my laptop in my hotel room at all and had to rely on cellular usage for my phone if I needed internet access in the hotel. Otherwise, I just worked at Starbucks or somewhere else. November 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but needs improvement I stayed at the hotel for one night. I had numerous problems with the reservation process as I had made reservations for several other people. It took numerous phone calls to get the situation straightened out. The hotel in new and very nice, the breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. However, both my husband and I took a lukewarm shower in the morning. Upon checkout, I was told that there was no manager on duty but the desk clerk took my name and phone number and assured me that someone would call me the next day. I'm still waiting for that call. Overall, not happy. There are many other hotels in the area and I will be staying elsewhere from now on. November 12, 2014

The guest suite was large, clean, comfortable, good food, great staff, and welcoming Great Room. I stay in more than 30 motels a year and this was the nicest so far this year. November 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb Facility Southpoint's number one place to stay. This facility is a 10 out of 10, it is well designed, tastefully furnished and master class managed. Staff is professional and attentive, common areas and rooms are meticulously clean. The other two hotels at Southpoint are out-classed by this Holiday Inn in every category regarding lodging. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice new hotel We were quite pleasantly surprised at the quality of this "express" hotel. The hotel is new, clean, and simply but very nicely appointed. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was spacious and quite comfortable. It is located in a rapidly developing area and several new eating establishments are within walking distance with more being finalized. Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations.
