They over booked is the first thing desk lady said, we don't have your room and all that is available is a one king size bed for more money for my family of four!!! Took the room we had no where else to go at that time of night. Room very dirty, open up sheets to lay down, candy sucker opened and wet. Left room two take care of new sheets, came back to room, cards were set for one time use so door would not open. No support from staff or management. The worse stay ever and will not do Holiday Inn Express again In Canton GA almost same experience a month ago in Mufsburo TN as well. Done with Holiday Inns. November 20, 2014

I really don't have any complaints other than minor inconveniences like electric outlet locations and having a tough time getting the heat/air set where I didn't have to readjust a couple times. High priority things like cleanliness, water pressure/temp, condition, little outside noise were all good. November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room / great service This was a trip for leisure and far from the first time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. I always use the exercise room, business center, breakfast area and they are always excellent. I have never had a bad day or lost sleep at a H I Express. My next trip will be in February to Tucson and I'll be staying at the H I Express on Wetmore Drive where I stayed last year. I highly recommend HI Express for work or play. November 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Front Desk ks not empowered, but great people! couldn't get staff to change sheets or make beds daily. Front desk says it's my fault because I may have left items on the bed. GUILTY! I left a pair of sweatpants and a notebook on the bed. However, the next days I was sure to leave the bed unobstructed, but no change is service. I requested a manager or MOD, I was told there was none on site nor could be reached by phone.and the maid staff had been sent home. That conversation was a low point of customer service - a focus on placing blame rather than solve a problem and make a client happy. The opportunity to make this change was lost on all 3 days we stayed there in 3 rooms. Our view of Holiday Inn has changed. October 29, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff! I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn off and on for about 10 years. The staff is fantastic! The hotel rooms and bathrooms are in need of a remodel. The bathrooms are very clean but just need new tub/showers, tile floors, etc... October 25, 2014
