Nice 2 night stay, room on ground floor was clean and very quiet.Breakfast was hot and fresh.
Only neg. comment we had to ask for our comp. water and check in person did not greet us as rewards members.

I will stay here again when in the area. The staff was very good and the food choices for breakfast were also good. The wireless internet worked well and allowed emails to be sent and received at a high speed. Do not be afraid of this hotel! very nice all around.

This is a comfortable and safe hotel conveniently just off HWY 575. The beds are really comfy, and the breakfast is a pleasant surprise..high quality coffee, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, nice juices, etc!!
Another great feature is the location which is on the Riverstone Parkway, very close to Publix, as well as numerous popular restaurants.

Made Reservations over a month before stay. They over booked is the first thing desk lady said, we don't have your room and all that is available is a one king size bed for more money for my family of four!!! Took the room we had no where else to go at that time of night. Room very dirty, open up sheets to lay down, candy sucker opened and wet. Left room two take care of new sheets, came back to room, cards were set for one time use so door would not open. No support from staff or management. The worse stay ever and will not do Holiday Inn Express again In Canton GA almost same experience a month ago in Mufsburo TN as well. Done with Holiday Inns.

I stay 150 nights a year at hotels. This hotel is above average for a HIE. I really don't have any complaints other than minor inconveniences like electric outlet locations and having a tough time getting the heat/air set where I didn't have to readjust a couple times. High priority things like cleanliness, water pressure/temp, condition, little outside noise were all good.
