After driving several miles, I realized we left something valuable in the room. We called them and they had indeed retrieved our left behind items and would send them too us. We arranged for FEDX to pick them up but after 3 attempts FEDX was unable to get them. So we called back, "They didn't bring a box to back your things in."
Really? My experience has been that neither UPS, FEDX or the Post Office will bring you a box and pack it for you. I hope you can resolve this, it is very important to us.

Nice hotel but the A/C struggled to keep up with the stifling humidity.

Staff friendly and professional. Great job of hiring the right people for the right position! Rooms were spacious and clean. We had everything we needed in the room and did not need to ask for anything or have anything fixed. Nice to have a maintenance free stay. Our stay was most enjoyable. Thank you

Hotel staff were complaining while we were in elevator, staff at front desk we very confused and room was smelly and damp. Will find another place to stay

They are working to upgrade the facility after several years of slipping maintenance. Staff are as good as it gets.
