Excellent service and friendly staff. Every employee acted as if they enjoyed being there. They were courteous and friendly and provided an excellent atmosphere.

Enjoyed our stay. Super clean, linens were really nice and super fresh. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I was excited that our room was furnished with a ceiling fan, but disappointed it was noisy and not balanced so that wasn't great. Breakfast was out early enough to suit our group. 24 hour coffee was nice in addition to in-room coffee. Nice toiletries as well. Would stay here again.

We stayed there just for one night. I really can't judge it. It was not one of the Greatest Holiday Inn, but it also wasn't the worse. I would stay at it again when I am in the area.

I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. THE STAFF WAS NICE ROOM WAS GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS WONDERFUL, ALTHOUGH THE POOL WAS CLOSED MY KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME.

I have stay here before and the service was good. But on this stay, there were to many errors made by the front desk staff. I had book my Chase Rewards Night and they did not know how to correctly enter this into the sysytem and wanted to charge me for the night and wanted to blame IHG for the error. They cancelled one of my reservation and did not inform me of the fact that they had cancelled my reservation. I had to get the IHG Service Care team to help them make the corrections and then they did not do it correctly. They reinstated my reservation, but wanted to charge me a higher rate. They never said that they had made a mistake, nor did they offer any type of apology for ther errors. I will stay here agaain only because of there location. Make sure you look at everything before you sign your bill. The only bright spot was Ms. Mary our housekeepping agent.

Quiet adequate and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all inquiries and questions. Room was clean and quite and everything worked, with no issues at all.
