The room was quite large with refrigerator, micro -- everything provided for a very relaxing & comfortable stay. The room was very clean & the staff friendly & accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful with a large variety of choices to meet anyone's preference. I must admit the coffee was very good as well. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to our next stay. July 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Fuss, No Muss Had a very easy stay. Everything was replenished as soon as it was used, the food at breakfast was hot when it should have been, and cold when it should have been. Service was very friendly and hospitable. My only complaint, a minor one at that, was that the mini fridge was set too high, and froze all my food, and ruined some of it, which was disappointing, but not impossible. So I just turned it down a couple notches, and it was fine after that. So just check the temp of your fridge if you're planning on using it, is all I'd suggest! Otherwise very comfortable and accommodating. Oh and the rates had gone up unexpectedly ... but my husband apparently knew about it, so wasn't too unexpected, I guess! July 16, 2014

Staff was wonderful and very accomodating, kids loved the pool was open until 11pm (as compared to other HI resorts), breakfast was very good and staff was great in responding for our requests for extra items such as pillows and blankets. Very carring and attentive group left us feeling very happy to have stayed @ this facility and will recommend it to others - ENJOY !!!! June 24, 2014
