Im from Mexico and stayed there for 5 weeks. Very welcoming staff, during my stay they made me feel like home. One missing thing on breakfast is the oatmeal. And I wish the room may have more accessible electrical plug ins for my phone and computer. A very pleasant stay

Thank you to the management staff for ensuring great service! The staff here is extremely courteous and friendly, which made me feel welcomed, and eager to stay here again.
Also, all rooms are equipped w refrigerator and microwave....great amenity if your stay includes several days and you don't want the expense of eating out every night. And, you can't beat the full breakfast every morning. They've got a lot more to offer than some of the other more expensive hotels in the area. Great hotel!

When we arrived the staff had everything ready to go and greeted me as a priority club member. Due to my status he checked to see if he could upgrade my room. He did give me an upgrade and was very friendly. The rest of my stay, all of the staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was great and very clean. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

For a weary traveller, having the front desk guy ("Steven") remember my name was really a warm and fuzzy for me.
Decent hotel nothing special; would have preferred if i was asked to be put in the room right next to the elevator but i made due!

We had a room reserved at another hotel nearby and it had a terrible odor, so we came over to the Holiday Inn and were so happy to get a room on short notice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and staff was great.

Wifi was terrible and did not work. Rooms on west side had no service. Had to go to lobby for still below average connection. Even with hard line connection available in room, you still need wifi to download a movie rental to your mobile device to watch on the plane. Wifi is a must for today's business traveler.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean and attractive. The staff is professional and attentive. The pool and whirlpool were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is excellent - the pancake maker is a blast! Excellent value - if you decide to stay here, you'll be glad you did!

HIE Canton, MI is my normal place to stay 2-3 times per year. Staff is terrific, breakfast being included with a good variety of options is a big plus. The only complaint I've EVER had is when staying in the handicap rooms a couple of times. Since we sometimes have to arrive late those rooms have been held for the day (and I understand the reasoning) in case any guests may need that room. The room and bed themselves are great but there is a drainage issue with the walk/roll in shower that the staff is aware of and looking into correcting. I asked if there was any way to note that I prefer never to have those rooms and was very impressed. They put a note on my account and any time I make a future reservation that note will appear! ANY other room I've had is absolutly wonderful and I sleep like a baby. Very comfortable beds and a choice of pillow softness.

Everything I have come to expect of the Holiday Inn Express brand held true for this hotel: the service was friendly, room was clean, and my stay was enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area who is looking for a good deal with free internet and complimentary breakfast

The facility is very clean. The rooms are dark and the beds are comfortable for a great nights sleep. The breakfast variety was very good, with warm foods too. The pool is nice, hot tub too and a decent sized work out room. The best part is the staff, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely stay at the Canton Holiday Inn Express again.

I go this hotel many times a year, every time I walk in the door I am greeted by name. The updating of the hotel is looking good! The staff here is great, they are always there for you and go the extra mile. I recommend the hotel and will be staying there many more times this year!

Very pleased with our stay during youth bowling tournaments. The rooms were great and the staff was VERY gracious and accomodating, especially our "main man" Steven :) Our entire league enjoyed their stay and we all had a great time. Thank you!

I got there and already children were running up and down halls. some body threw up just sat outside elevator, didn't clean up for hours. pool was disgusting. I am a priority member, first room was nice . I asked to move considering the kids across the way were having hotel party loud music and running in and out of rooms. I was then downgraded to a room that was clearly not renovated. I stayed there to be closer to my sister who recently passed. this was the worst hotel experience I have had

I make this Holiday Inn my regular home away from home, and it's because they have a wonderful staff and they always take good care of me when I'm there. I appreciate these folks very much. They are extra ordinary in a culture that is constantly forgetting the value of relationships.

The staff worked hard to provide good service to me and were very helpful in making sure parked in a good location due to the construction going on in the parking lot.
The Staff was also helpful in assisting me in finding an ATM as well as a nearby movie theater. The staff also were very friendly by acknowledging me anytime I entered or exited the lobby.
The only 2 comments I would make is that there was a guest appreciation on Thursday night that appeared to have included beer, wine, pizza and maybe some snacks which I think is very nice. However, I was not aware of this until I walked in the door after already stopping for dinner on my way back from my meetings. If I would have received an invitation slipped under my door or some other method of being notified in advance I would have altered my plans and driven directly back to the motel rather than stopping for dinner.
The other comment I would make is that I did not see any provisions or amenities for Priority Club members like I have seen at many other Holiday Inns.. Not a big deal, just an observation.
I again want to compliment the staff for being very friendly and helpful to me during my stay. It was greatly appreciated.

Staff was friendly, internet access was sketchy as it disconnected several times during my stay. My credit card was charged three times for the same stay on the same day which is a pain to clear up 30 days later, but overall the hotel was a good value at a good location.
