Had a minor coffee pot issue that couldn't be resolve by going downstairs and getting fresh Pump Coffee. It's right on 217, headed straight to the Palo Duro and not too far from anywhere else you may what to go. November 24, 2015

Has great family room with master bedroom and bath plus other bath. First room westayed in that all five of us were happy. Will always stay Here. November 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in Canyon I was not very happy with my stay in this hotel, If it had not been for Kyla and the wonderful lady at breakfast that I didn't catch her name I would have thought about leaving early. As my wife and I discussed this stay if it would have been possible to leave early we would have. We stayed because of business and some personal reasons and couldn't leave early. Also there seemed to be a lack of communication with the employees, like the left hand had no idea what the right was doing. I was very disappointed this was not what I am used to by staying in a Holiday Inn and I have stayed here before years ago and I don't remember it being this way. November 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment with Front Desk Staff I have achieved the Aspire Elite status and with this comes a free room upgrade. When we arrived, we were not welcomed as Aspire guests nor were we given the free room upgrade. Then the internet was not working. When I asked the Front Desk in the morning if it was fixed, they claimed to know nothing about this problem. As I was checking out, I found that I was charged $25.00 twice for my pet for a total of $50. Normally Holiday Inns charge $25.00. When questioned about the extra $25.00 all they could do was point at a sign on the wall and claim it is on their website. When asked what the extra $25 was for they said to clean the carpets after the pet left. When my husband said that he was disappointed in the fact that we were not acknowledged as Aspire members and not given a room upgrade all the Front Desk staff could do was shrug their shoulders. When he said he was going to leave a poor review of their hotel, they said "that's fine" like they didn't care. I think the attitude of the Front Desk is a very poor example of good customer service and something should be done about their attitude. November 12, 2015
