The young woman who waited on us was polite, cheerful, friendly and efficient. First time we used the pool area and hot tub and will not be avoiding that area in the future!! May 5, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A little lacking Not as nice as several HI Expresses we have stayed.. Does not have an in-room microwave. The bath sink is actually in the room. TV channels are very limited. Overall, felt cramped. The only restaurant near is only fair, service slow and food so-so. May 3, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not too happy The room was average and the food was normal. The downside was checking in that evening. I was not able to pay cash easily when I wanted to keep charges off my credit card. If I were to pay cash it was 3x the amount of the room for a deposit. Unbelievable! The next morning I had to ask for my member number to be added so that I could earn points. That has never happened before April 1, 2013

Marked down the breakfast selection as it was not great but then all I really want in a HIE is the cinnamon rolls and a cup of yogurt. The cinnamon rolls score a 10. March 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great pet friendly hotel Right off the freeway, I stay on my trips from California to Washington with my dog. The front desk staff have always been helpful and professional. Great clean attractive rooms with flat screen tv's and very comfortable beds. A hearty breakfast makes this also a good value - highly recommend. December 7, 2012
