Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Friendly Staff I found that the staff was very friendly and efficient, and If I may say, they very knowledgeable about the area. Now!, If there was anything to say that I didn't like about the room, it had to be the (RUG) in my room. It was too dirty. It appeared that it could, or should be replaced, and it seemed to have a rather unpleasant odor about it, was giving off a smell that was a bit disturbing. In closing, like many others that may have stayed at Holiday Inn/ Holiday Inn Express, I do like the hotel chain... January 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean rooms, loud air conditioner We had two rooms while in Florida. One of the rooms was great, the other, the air conditioner was extremely loud...even after being fixed. We asked for a different room but that did not happen. Actually, the woman at the front desk was not all that helpful. She didn't look up from whatever she was doing until at least 1 minute after I stepped up to the desk. She did the same thing when we checked in, another person came out from her lunch break to help us check in. I don't remember her name, but I found her pretty rude for a front desk person. The food was good at breakfast but as we were traveling with 2 people that cannot eat gluten, we found the selections for them to be only eggs and yogurt. January 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Kimberly checked us in and she was fabulous! So friendly and accommodating. Our room was on the fifth floor and we had a balcony! We loved that...to be able to sit outside. Loved the room! Best sleeping pillows! So comfortable. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner, and furniture was a bit dusty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short stay. Perfect location. Loved the restaurant next door...Perkins. The street noise was a bit loud at night, even with sliding door closed and air running. The room air conditioner was very, very loud at night. Better insulated sliding doors might help with street noise. Might want to look into quieter air conditioning unit. January 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and service Overall I had a great experience besides a minor issue with another guest that complained about my dog even though she was on the floor that allowed dogs and the dog that did most of the barking was next to her. The front desk and guest service are excellent. They bend over backwards to satisfy the customers. January 19, 2015

Rooms are assigned in advance so not much chance of changing location.....esp if dealing w/ the older woman at the front desk who appeared to be the reservations manager.. She was jusr there 'doing her job'. However we had the good fortune to check in with Kimberly who went Way above & beyond to secure a different room for us. Apparently there was another guest who wanted our room type & she switched us.. Win Win, 2 guests happy. Typical HI Express. Pod coffee maker,, small fridge (handy) and sliders to a 2 chair balcony.. Clean w/ 4 pillows on each queen bed..Good choices at breakfast. Looking forward to returning next year January 15, 2015
