First, I would like to say that the Manager was so nice. I had called to see if Holiday Inn had handicap features and they do. I forgot to bring my toilet riser, and the young man managing the hotel went
out shopping and brought the new one directly to our room. I think that was so kind and thoughtful.. All in all, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay there in Encinitas/Cardif by the Sea. Try VG Donuts and the food and service at the Flatrock Cafe was great!

Very comfortable room and very friendly service. Because of convenient location and quality of hotel, we stay here very frequently.
Breakfast service is nice with good selections. I only wish their service would extend for a longer period during the weekday mornings.

Very good that you have moved over to Bath and Body toiletries.
Excellent.
However, the bottles (without a cap) are still of poor quality.
Also, the mouthwash bottle is not sealed now. It used to be sealed, earlier.

What a nice place and a dynamite staff! Starters with the check in where Holly made us sooooooo welcome. We only needed to stay two nights while our house was fumigated in Escondido. We had a lot of recommendation as to where to stay, but we REALLY made the correct choice. Thanks to all. As Arnold says, I'll be back!!!

Nice room. LOVE the bed. Excellent TV selection. Nice staff.
BUT the SLOWEST internet access ever. It was like using an old dial-up. Staff said they are aware and are planning to fix??? If this is important to you then check before booking!!
