I was pleasantly surprised by the overall standard of the hotel, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Only downside was the breakfast was a bit of a let down, no fresh fruit and bacon and eggs would have been nice. Wouldn't have minded paying extra for a decent breakfast. December 19, 2014

Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre it was convenient, tranquil and a pleasure to stay on. We wont be staying in the city again for our future visits. December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Noisy guests and rooms I stay frequently at this hotel and I am actually due back later this week and the staff is always very nice, polite and ready to help you. Rooms are clean and brekfast is good. The only thing is...the room walls are so thin that you can hear everything! And I always get placed close to room with kids or with more than 1 person. I think that it would be only fair not to place the Gold and Platinum members in rooms clsoe to families, etc as clearly if we rae Gold and Platinum is because we travel a lot and we are most likely there for business, not leisure. Therefore, we would like to hvae some good quality sleep at night. So far, I have never been able to sleep in a quiet room there. December 9, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small bed and poor room services The double bed was very small, the bathroom smelt foul when we first arrived. The staff were very friendly helpful and considerate. The TV in the room was poor and a very limited selection of channels. The value for money was extremely poor, not what I have come to expect from past holiday inn's. December 4, 2014
