Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service - Staff Desk staff checked with me after, say, 20 minutes upon check-in to see if the room met my expectations and if I required anything. Genuinely cared about the accommodations. Also, later on, the desk staff (Danl) was cleaning the front lobby top to bottom while I relaxed at the computer station. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Best Hotel was dirty. Carpets in hallways and rooms were not vacuumed. Mirrors were smudged and elevator doors were dirty. Desk chair was covered with crumbs and I had to wipe off the desk before using it. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned since last used. The room was also noisey; I could hear the person in the next room snoring. November 21, 2014
