Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent night staff Chris-the person who is at the front desk in the evening was WONDERFUL!! He was very helpful and courteous. When the soda machine jammed, Chris made sure I got my money back and even gave me 2 water bottles for free. I was missing the Do Not Disturb sign. Chris found one and put on my door late at night for me. Very nice gentleman and professional. I do not see these qualities often when traveling staying at hotels. Chris is one of a kind exceptional and management should note this!! Thank you Chris. overall experience was great! good room, clean and good service. April 4, 2016

Wonderfull Management and staff, we wish the whole world was full of people like them. Never ever heard a bad word out of their mouths....Comfortable place and you can relax and have peace of mind when you know you can totally trust the staff when you are out of your room. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Carson City stay The hotel met IHG usual standards for location and quality. However, we were not greeted as Platinum members nor offered nor given any welcome gift. I see a line in my points activity for that stay but it says 0 points. The young man at the desk was not friendly nor unfriendly - just did the minimum job of giving us the keys to room. No smiles or extra info like where the elevator was located. We had to ask. The breakfast area was not well maintained - guests were having to ask front desk for more food as it had not been replenished as needed. There was no fresh fruit and no signage on hot food choices. The front desk person at check out was a bit friendlier but her attire was not quite IHG standards. Again, room was fine - just disappointed in staff as compared to several other IHG hotels we stayed at along our trip. March 30, 2016
