No water control device in shower, so I had a fabulous, waterfall shower but am guessing the water bill is astrnomical; fan in restroom would not turn off - again, electrical bill? And noise... The staff was helpful, friendly and most importantly happy doing so. I felt very comfortable my entire stay and lacked nothing that I wanted or needed. September 8, 2014

I was traveling by myself and your facility was great, but usually my wife travels with me and her health requires that she have a recliner to use in her room and we haven't been able to find a Holiday Inn Express that has recliners, thus we have to go to your competitors for lodging. Please consider a few recliners for your hotels. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. September 5, 2014
