I frequently stay at this hotel for several reasons: -the staff is typically accommodating -the room is always clean -breakfast is good -its about 10% cheaper than paying Omaha taxes, yet its very close -they reserve a particular room for me November 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle From Airport POOR Trying to get shuttle from airport to hotel was poor late at night. Never showed up. Took $10 Taxi. Front desk didn't seem to care about problem. Platinum elite didn't even offer room upgrade. I was surprised I was even recognized for being a Platinum Elite Member. Breakfast good and room good.. No problems except for front desk attitude and shuttle issues to hotel. November 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Early Flight Had an early flight at Eppley Airport nearby. The hotel is well equipped for early risers, continental breakfast, shuttle was offered, wake up call offered. Room was clean, roomy, comfortable even though we were just there about 6 hours. November 4, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need of a remodel I stay at HI Express a lot. They are my #1 choice for a good value/nice hotel. This one is in need of some super TLC. Cons: Smelly - Once you got past the front entrance and specifically into my room, it smelled of mildew. I am sure this is due to humidity, but it was hard to relax. Phone did not work to call the front desk for wake up call. Caulk in bathroom was separating at walls and around toilet. You couldn't shut off the entry light in the room without shutting off the lights by the bed, they were all on the same switch. The hair dryer was old and awful - took me twice the time to dry my hair. Noisy - granted I was on the bottom floor, but it truly sounded like I could hear everything from the room above me. Pros: Bath & Body works toiletries. Staff was excellent! Soft towels - not fluffy or large, but definitely soft. Decent shower. Very close to the airport but no shuttle. Breakfast was ready by 3 am or some early hour! I think this is because of all of the early air traffic, but was much appreciated. Overall, I would not stay here again as there are other choices. I did not complain because I got in around 8 and had to leave by 5 so did not see the point in trying, plus by the looks of it, I don't think switching rooms would have helped. October 29, 2014

I had asked for a non-smoking room, but my room had clearly had guests who had smoked in it. Sucked it up and didn't ask for another room, but was disappointed just the same. October 28, 2014
