I was able to quickly get my room key, arrange for the valet parking and get to my already pre air conditioned room within minutes of arriving. The shuttle service the next morning was on time and at the airport when I needed to be....In and out smoothly!

This hotel was a direct reflection of its city of Omaha in my estimation being the cleanest city I have ever visited. The staff was helpful, friendly and most importantly happy doing so. I felt very comfortable my entire stay and lacked nothing that I wanted or needed.

I was traveling by myself and your facility was great, but usually my wife travels with me and her health requires that she have a recliner to use in her room and we haven't been able to find a Holiday Inn Express that has recliners, thus we have to go to your competitors for lodging. Please consider a few recliners for your hotels.

After working in the hotel business for over 7 years and has taken family and many little vacations this has been one of the top Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. People where friendly & rooms where clean & very big. Only bad thing was the breakfast choices. I have a 9 month old son who is just starting to eat table food. Only thing they had for him to eat wasa small muffin or pancakes. And for the adults everything else was picked over. I would have understood that there wasn't anything if we came torword the end of breakfast but this was at 7 am and it went until 9. But everything else was predict!

Excelente lugar si vas de paso por Omaha (pues queda un poco largo del downtown) o tienes que tomar un vuelo muy temprano (como fue mi caso). Cuenta con amplio parqueo y además al frente hay una gasolinera, una tienda 24 horas y un Subway! Esto compensa el hecho de que no hay restaurante solo máquinas de snacks. Vi que había piscina y gimnasio, pero no los usé. Hay servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto las 24 horas! Por lo menos el día que yo fuí!

Staff was very attentive and even upgraded my hotel room when I discovered my company didn't get me one with a fridge and microwave. As a Gold Elite member I was very happy.
Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I travel 3 of 4 weeks a month for work so I have stayed at my share of hotels around the country!

We arrived late and left early, so this hotel was fine for a quick stay. The room we were in needed some refurbishment/updating, but it was clean enough and good enough for a few hours.
The clerk at the front desk was courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly.
The breakfast -- we got there 15 minutes before it ended, and there was little food left to choose from and no sign that the attendant was going to replenish anything. So we ate what we could and moved on. Still, if the breakfast ends at 9:30, "9:30" should not mean some earlier time.
I might stay here again for a good rate, but I would not go out of my way to return.

We like this hotel chain and the individual hotels are always dependably clean and nice. But there was not a fridge nor a microwave in our room. This is a disadvantage for this hotel. I have stayed in other Expresses and the rooms had a fridge. Otherwise this was a good place.

We selected your hotel since the one we first called was very very rude to us on the phone and not helpful at all. When we called your hotel, the person at front desk was very nice and helpful and helped us get a room, gave us very good directions and everything was ready for us when we walked through the front door. Clean room, very nice breakfast, very nice and helpful service and staff. We were visiting a family member at Creighton Medical Center and was under a stressful situation and really appreciated the helpful assistance we received at this hotel by all the staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, the room was great and most staff were very nice. The shuttle into downtown failed to be provided however. The woman at the desk at the time attempted to blame the lack of the service on me, was dressed unprofessionally (in sweatpants), and offered nothing to help me get into town (not even to call a cab service for me!).

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only real compliant I had was the first couple of nights we had people above our room who were stomping and a lot of noise coming from them and people down the hall from us which seemed to occur late at night.
We received Laundry Detergent, change for cash and a new hairdryer since ours was broken when we needed it. The front desk was very quick about it and I thank them for their courteous and friendly manner.
Their was lots of choices for breakfast, which is great with 2 kids.
Overall had a great stay.

The hotel is old and appears to be old. It has not been updated. The beds are hard and not very comfortable. Feel like they are old and could be replaced.
At breakfast on a Saturday morning several regular items were not available.

I stayed two nights as a bridge between two business trips. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. I was impressed by the size of my room (I was given an upgrade because of my IHG Rewards Club status) and how clean it was. Especially notewothy in terms of cleanliness was the bathroom.

We selected this hotel for the shuttle service offered to the airport. We were not disappointed. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Made it a lot easier for us, and more relaxing, not to have to drive to the airport ourselves.

We have stayed here before and things were very similar. Unfortunately we were a bit of burden for the woman at the check-in desk. She made no effort and I suspect we were interrupting her television show that was on in the lobby. Questions were deflected. My daughter had to finish a school assignment and was having problems with the internet. Clearly it was our problem and not anything to do with her. This service contrasted greatly to the man who came on after her. We were trying to make contact with our family to let them know what was happening. He made sure, when my husband called, to find us in the hotel. He also asked about anything else he could do to help. Where was he last night? My husband called while we were near the check-in desk and woman knew we were there. She transferred the call to the room anyway and we obviously missed it. Overall we were there for less than 12 hours but they were very stressful hours. We do appreciate the extra effort made by the night staff and would like to thank him for all his help.

Don't let the Iowa address fool you, this is within 5 minutes of the Omaha airport. The shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go within 5 miles if you want to eat something other than subway. The place felt like it was just built. Very nice

The rooms were super clean, the staff were very helpful and were able to get me one more night in hotel instead of checking out and having to go to another hotel. My only complaint is the price. It was too high due to a baseball championship going on just as my family and I were coming through town.
Overall I'm happy.

Your staff was the best ever. I spent 22 hours traveling and the airline lost my luggage. I did not check-in until 2 am on 6/24/2014. The Lady at the front desk was the Best. I am sorry I can't remember her name. She did a great job making me feel I just got home. I would stay their again just because of that. Your whole staff was great.
My room was clean but it had a musk smell. Kinda like it was wet towel. I stayed in room 210.

The light in the bathroom was out and the sink did not drain well. I was not asked if I wanted the bonus points as opposed to the snack not was I thanked for being a IHG member.
