Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BobsG Remodeled Hotel, Very nice!
We enjoyed our stay at this location. The front desk staff were wonderful and completely attentive to all of our needs. This was our first visit to the Omaha area and they made us feel right at home. The new remodeled rooms are beautiful and being so close to the airport could not have been better for us.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by ElderQ Renovations ongoing bad stay.
Renovations were in progress. Told they would be on other floors. Woke up to find rooms all around us being torn up, and hall way was filled with beds and furniture. The breakfast was not much better. Empty items and no attendant for long periods. Desk staff seemed to have a take up with the higher ups attitude. Bad stay, hope it was a one time thing. .

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Z112 Clean, quiet, secure, but dilapidated and in need of updating.
Staff members were great, shuttle was nice, hotel and room were clean and quiet. Room was secure. Hotel had multiple signs up indicating it was switching to a different brand in a few weeks. I consider this other brand a step down from Holiday Inn Express - perhaps the owner simply doesn't want to pony up the funds to bring this property up to typical HIE standards. The hotel is clearly dated - some paint peeling off walls, holes in wallpaper that need patching, yellowing/discoloration of plastic, etc.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by PeaD Renovation of rooms needed
I am a IHG Platinum Member. I travel extensively throughout the USA on business. Unfortunately I have noticed a decline in the Holiday Inn Express property. It find more and more the facade of the building and lobby are renovated but the individual rooms are old and in need of repair. Worn carpets, holes in the wall made from the door knob, cracked bathroom tile, stained tub and mold have been my most recent experience. I have photos...
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Gwinnett, GA. I was given a Handicap room as an upgrade! It was explained to me that this type of upgrade was standard practice.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mtflatlander Friendly staff and fairly comfortable
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful despite being unaware of events downtown. I attempted to go to a restaurant downtown and wasn't able to find parking due to an event(s). I wish the desk person had known that so I wouldn't have spent so much time looking for a place for dinner.
Breakfast had great choices and I really liked the split times (continental started at 0400 and the hot breakfast started at 0600). The eggs were cooked strangely; they appeared to have some oil in them. Decent flavor, however.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by denver2omaha Comfortable atmosphere, great service, delightful room!
Staff (front desk, management, maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast room) were all courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Some upgrade construction was going on, but did not interfere with the comfort of the stay. We were quite well taken care of and felt very comfortable there. Quite a convenient location to the airport, to downtown, and tourist attractions. We usually choose Holiday Inn Express due to complimentary breakfast, enjoyable atmosphere, delightful staff, and the pool plus workout room.
