Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excelent Customer Service I was greeted with a warm smile and given a list of all the amenities. My room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had great choices and was very good, they even offered me a to go bag. I forgot my hairspray and an employee offered me some from her personal stash. March 3, 2015

The room is quiet and comfortable, the furniture and bedding are all new, and the location is very convenient. March 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable Guest Room During my road trip, I stayed at two Holiday Inn Express hotels. One in Casa Grande, AZ and one in Yuma, AZ. They both were very nice. The only thing that I found consistently uncomfortable was the staff that I dealt with were unfriendly and aloof. I would have liked to have been asked if I would have a preference for what side of the building or floor that I would like, if that was possible. Also, they barely said two words to me, and if I asked a question they were very short with their answers and made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. I felt like I was imposing. Otherwise, everything else was nice as long as I wasn't involved with the staff. I am sure some of the staff were very nice, but of the two at the desk at each hotel, I was not impressed with their social skills. February 22, 2015
