Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A top-notch property I've stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this one is the finest of them all. The property is fairly new (or so it seems), and well-maintained. Both inside and out, the hotel was immaculate. The rooms were spacious and clean. The TVs had a good selection of digital stations -- the most I've seen in a hotel in a while. The breakfast buffet was good. There was a wide variety of items, including some that I hadn't seen at a HiExpress before. Rounding out this great property is a staff that was friendly and efficient. December 14, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service Although polite and anxious to be helpful, the desk person issued a key that didn't open my door requiring a trip back down from the 3rd floor with luggage in tow to have the card key re-authorized. After settling into room, could not establish Internet Service. Deskperson suggested I bring the computer down to desk for a check of internet service. I had been checked in for 30 minutes and had been up and down from 1st to 3rd floor 5 times. Not my idea of seamless travel. December 6, 2012
