Stay at this hotel around 20 nights a year. not only is it a great price and great service, it is also the best in town for location.

Travelling on business trip. Entire staff here was professional and courteous. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. A bit pricy but worth the extra cost. I overheard a veteran commenting on his discount. What a great service HIE does for veterans.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful to point out good places to eat and shop. They made me feel comfortable and assisted me with any questions I had, not only with the hotel but with the area as well considering I was here on business purposes and did not know my way around very well. I will continue to stay here anytime I am in this area in the future.

First thing I noticed was the friendly smile and greeting from the counter receptionist. Room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I travel through Casper once a month for business and this is my first choice to stay. It's close to all familiar restaurants, freeway access and generally feels like a safe place to stay. You won't have any regrets!

This location was significantly more expensive than the other Holiday Inn Expresses we had stayed in that week. The accommodations were not as discussed on the phone with the person taking reservations. Sheets were scratchy, mattress not very nice. Trash had not been emptied.

I arrived on Feb 23 and even though the reservation was made through the 26, I called down the morning of the 26 and let the front desk know that I would not be staying Thursday night and would be out shortly. I was out of the room by 7:30 AM and told that I would not be charged for that night. I later then called and asked for a receipt to be emailed to my work, to find then find out I was charged for Thursday night. I contacted the hotel numerous times, the first time I was told they would figure it out and call me back and never did. The second day I called again and they told me they would call back, this time they did at-least call back but told me none of the employees recall talking to me so they are not going to refund the room.
