Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reservations Not able to make reservations directly at the hotel. The nationwide reservation was complicated and not sure we were going to get the room we requested. She was not familiar with the hotel we were trying to make a reservation. The local hotel website does not have the local phone number. In the event of an emergency and family members needs to contact us, there is no phone number. November 14, 2014
