They made me feel comfortable and assisted me with any questions I had, not only with the hotel but with the area as well considering I was here on business purposes and did not know my way around very well. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top Notch Hotel First thing I noticed was the friendly smile and greeting from the counter receptionist. Room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I travel through Casper once a month for business and this is my first choice to stay. It's close to all familiar restaurants, freeway access and generally feels like a safe place to stay. The accommodations were not as discussed on the phone with the person taking reservations. Sheets were scratchy, mattress not very nice. Trash had not been emptied. March 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Charged for night I did not stay I arrived on Feb 23 and even though the reservation was made through the 26, I called down the morning of the 26 and let the front desk know that I would not be staying Thursday night and would be out shortly. I was out of the room by 7:30 AM and told that I would not be charged for that night. I later then called and asked for a receipt to be emailed to my work, to find then find out I was charged for Thursday night. I contacted the hotel numerous times, the first time I was told they would figure it out and call me back and never did. The second day I called again and they told me they would call back, this time they did at-least call back but told me none of the employees recall talking to me so they are not going to refund the room.
