Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff! This place is very nice. I had been on the road for hours and was very tired. I mentioned to the Front Desk staff upon check-in that, even though there are dozens of restaurants and food chains within a couple of blocks, I did not want to go out again to get dinner. The clerk handed me a stack of menus from places that deliver! I was very grateful, and proceeded to my room, kicked my shoes off an ordered dinner! Very attentive staff. They took care of a minor issue with an ice dispenser right away too! If I ever get back up this way again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! June 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great place to stay I am not a big fan of HI overall, but my agent put me in this property without my knowledge. Sure glad she did. The best HIE experience I have ever had. I'll request it next time. The only thing I didn't have was a fridge. I'll overlook that for the rest of the amenities. Great staff, fast and available internet, comfortable bed, quiet, great location to eateries and services. I'll be back. June 15, 2014

When we checked in the room key machine was down, and although it was out of the girls control she was very helpful and did the best she could. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice This is a nice place to stay. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The water was hot and the TV good. The only problem I had was I have a diesel pickup and it needs to be plugged up at night when it is cold. The night I was there it was about 2 degrees I found an outside plug and plugged my pickup up. The next morning the extension cord was unplugged. It took me over an hour to get my pickup started, I did not appreciate this. February 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall, a good place to stay I am only writing this as an idea for better service, not exactly a complaint. I have been a Priority Card member for about 30 years and have been gold or platinum for many years. On occasion we make little ventures out of town for weekend get-a-ways and I sometimes like to just pay cash. However, when i inquired if that would be ok I was informed that a $50.00 deposit was required, that would be paid back in the morning. Having been a gold card member for many years my credit card is on file with Holiday Inn so any damage, or god knows what else might be involved, it should not be a problem to bill me. However, I was treated just like someone who came in off the road who had never been there before. Would it not be a nice thing to make exceptions for someone who has been member for a long time and not require the deposit? After all, if I haven't damaged or stolen anything in the last 30 years, I probably won't in a place this close to home. Thanks for your time. February 20, 2014

I'm pretty sure that at least one of the beds wasn't washed; there were marks from people sitting on it and it looks like they just made a dirty bed. I stay here frequently and was disappointed the second time die to cleanliness. It's a shame because the location and people here are outgoing and friendly. November 2, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Suspect When I booked the room by phone I was told they only had two (more expensive) suites remaining so we booked one. But that night it was apparent neither the parking lot nor the hotel seemed even close to full. Suspect I got conned into booking the more expensive suite when cheaper rooms were available. When I tried to check in there was no staff anywhere that I could find at the desk or elsewhere. I finally noticed a tiny sign that said press a certain button for service, but I could find no such button. A woman finally showed up after about five minutes. Refrigerator in suite had no ice. No ice machine on floor. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work at all. Had to traipse down to main floor for ice. Elevator very slow, long waits. Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi worked well. October 4, 2013
