Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful property The walls are so thin, we could hear people on 3 sides of us talking until 3am. The across the hall room had a full size barking dog. My wife and I maybe got 2 hours sleep in the 12 hours we were there. The Direct TV kept freezing and we'd have to unplug the box and reset it. I will NEVER stay at this property again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Not the accommodation normally associated with Holiday Inn. Certainly unlike the previous stay at another location. Carpet was extremely soiled, especially upon immediately entering the room. Basic supplies i.e. toilet tissue not adequately stocked. Room did not smell clean. November 6, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room and fitness area. Although this was a whirlwind trip with several different hotel stays, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was for one night and it was pleasant. We had our dog with us and there was not much space to walk her in. We walked across the highway (slightlyl inconvenient but not a big deal) to eat dinner. The room was decent sized, clean and well appointed. Smelled clean. Fitness room was decent compared to most...had a commercial, functional treadmill (which is a rarity) and although small, there was room for me, my husband and one other gentleman to workout with sufficient space. The morning breakfast was good and had a few gluten free options I could enjoy (I have Celiac's). We slept well and overall were pleased with our stay. It's nice to find hotels which allow large pets but that are clean and well kept. November 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Some improvement A couple of years ago we stayed in this same hotel and found a number of things that were not really of HIE standards. We normally stay exclusively with HIE and therefore can honestly make these evaluations. Last time the bathroom and part of our room was absolutely not acceptable. I wrote it in the review and the manager graciously issued us a free night. This reinstated our trust in HIE. This visit it was somewhat the same. Our room was okay but honestly the lobby is NOT okay. The dark brown carpet is very dirty. Many large dark stains speak of carelessness and a lack of pride in this facility. The whole lobby could use some updating. And what has happened to making Preferred Members feel really welcome when they arrive? Maybe it was late in the day, I don't know but it really wasn't mentioned at all. I DO want to mention that the improvement in the mattresses you have chosen really has made a difference. After some pretty hard drama during the day, including cloud bursts, and a flat tire we DID get a good nights sleep, largely due to the compfy mattress. Thanks! October 23, 2015
