I was able to sleep pretty good without noise bothering me and the beds aren't the most comfortable but good enough for a decent sleep. The staff was very courteous and helpful during my stay. In all the hotel was very clean and great upkeep. Breakfast ever morning was wonderful except for the sausages were quite undercooked usually and the lady making the food had her kids or grandkids in every school morning eating free breakfast, not too sure about that one. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be back in a couple weeks! December 19, 2014

We used the common area for family visiting as well as enjoying the nice hot breakfast. Our check in was fun, as we were immediately identified as club members. The desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. December 17, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Confusion and No Follow through Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in I was put on the 3rd like I request in every reservation. When trying to get into my room it became apparent that it was occupied when someone in the room yell at me that I had the wrong room. As I was headed to the elevator the front desk agent was coming out to catch me to tell me he could not give me a room on the 3rd floor as requested and I told that I was not pleased and he apologized and offered to give me some extra reward points for the confusion and inconvenience. 2 months later I still have not received the extra points and never even received the welcome points from when I check in. I will not be staying at this location since they cannot follow through with what they promised and will not respond to emails inquiring about the missing points. Otherwise an average hotel.
