Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not recommend Hotel was somewhat remodeled. Exit doors on floors were broken. Pool was small and had very limited time for usage. Breakfast was ok. The noise from the highway was very distrubing at times. Room overall was nice and clean. The problem with hotel was the staff. Front desk check in person had no idea what was going on and she acted clueless (or maybe she didn't care). They had a dry erase board with IHG Member names listed and none of the group we were with were listed. There were some in our group that had their room reservations "cancelled", but no one seemed to know how. The housekeeping staff didn't speak much english and seemed to be more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs. That I know of they stood in the 3rd floor hallway for at least 3 hours "talking". There was never a manager on site for the whole weekend. At one point she texted one of our group that had their room cancelled stating she would be in Monday to discuss the issue with her--knowing full well we checked out on Sunday. Not a hotel I will stay in again. April 16, 2015
