Though located right next to the highway and have lots of stores near by, it was actually nice and quiet inside the room so able to relax and get good rest. The breakfast was fine and the staff managing the breakfast was top notch. May 17, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by weekend The front desk customer service was phenomenal! They made sure everything went smooth for our weekend! The only bad experiences I had was being told I couldn't get any breakfast because I had socks on and not shoes. It doesn't make sense why people in flip-flops get to eat with their feet out in the open and I couldn't with my feet covered. The other issue was that the tub had hair in it from a previous guest, disgusting! May 10, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK, Front Desk Staff needs better customer service skills. Stayed one night. When checking in was told room was near elevator. I asked to be located away from elevator. Was told by front desk clerk that they could not move me because there was no other rooms were available as hotel was full. I found this hard to believe as it had only been 10 minutes since I made my reservation with the IHG phone app and is showed 3 diffrent rooms types that could be booked. I checked it after 9:00 PM, and the front desk gentlemen acted like I was being a inconvenience for checking in at this time of night. May 2, 2016
