Great stay overall. Clean room, comfortable bed and choice of pillows along with a good breakfast. Had a manager's reception one night during the week which was nice.
My only complaint was that the Internet speed seemed to bog down later in the evening (~9pm) - perhaps a push for me to stop what I was doing and get some sleep :-).

So, here's the scoop. The reason Holiday Inn Express is my brand of choice is because of THIS hotel. Everything is first rate; breakfast, staff, cleanliness of room, internet, etc. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING to complain about. The staff at the front desk ALWAYS have the answer to anything...where do you recommend eating dinner, can I check in early, etc. Started staying at HIE nationwide because of my experiences at THIS hotel. No other hotel has equaled this one in terms of overall experience and service.

Everyone at the hotel seems very focused on customer service.
The only problem I encountered was the wake up call system was annoying. It was hard to confirm whether it had accepted my request (it's an automated system), and it executed the wake up call 35 minutes earlier than I had set it. This happened on both days of my stay. I did not report the wake up time inaccuracy to the staff, however. I guess it wasn't important enough for me to make a fuss over. After all, 35 minutes early is much better than if it had been 35 minutes late, which would have made me miss my appointment.
