The bedroom was comfortable. I appreciated the pool and hot tube. The check in was a little bit slow but check out was very fast.

Overall, my stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The facilities common areas were also clean and comfortable.
Located close to Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Airport (Medford), it is easy to find and provides a good location for travelers. I didn't notice any noise from either the freeway or the airport.
The pool, hot tub and exercise room were nice and plenty of towels were provided for swimmers. However, the pool was too cold to enjoy. I couldn't get in past my lower legs before having to retreat to the hot tub.
Overall, a very nice property with clean rooms, courteous staff and a great location.

We LOVE staying at this Holiday Inn Express!!! Margo takes GREAT pride and care of her guests in the dining room!!!! We did find that the pet poop bags were not kept stocked this time around. We enjoy returning to a clean and comfortable room!!! I look forward to a GREAT cup of coffee first thing in the morning!!!! The redesign on the door key needs to be changed back to a lighter color. It must be challenging for maintenance and housekeeping to carry out their job duties quietly while some guests are resting in their rooms during the afternoon. We plan to return in the fall.

This is the first time I did not have the feeling that the room was clean. The pillows where not as comfortable as become as expected in the past. The sheets & pillow cases did not smell or seemed to be pressed and clean.

upon check in they had a little gift bag for priority club members. Nothing plush, just a nice touch.
