Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in Central Point Holiday Inn Express and Suites Upon arrival the front desk assistant was most accommodating and helpful. That was the way it was the rest of the time when talking with front desk staff. As far as the room one of the lamp shades on the night stand between beds was broken in several places and the other one was cracked. The windows were very dirty and unappealing to look out of. We immediately let the front desk know about the lamp shades, as we didn't want them to think that we had broken them and thinking that they might get changed, and we let them know about the window. They did say the would talk with maintenance. Nothing was ever done (we were there for two nights). I felt the bathroom smelled very moldy but my husband didn't get that smell as strongly. We are also used to having a microwave and refrigerator in our room (we especially use the refrigerator) but they don't have them unless you are in a suite. This was very disappointing to us. We stay at the Holiday Inn Express a lot and enjoy the hot cookies that are provided in the evening, which were not provided here. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff were super nice and responsive to questions and if something was out. We are debating about staying at this particular property again. It seems they need to update it. October 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service First morning of a 6 day stay found the drain in the tub/shower to be really slow. Reported to staff and had a note upon return from day out explaining that the drain had been cleared and if anything else needed to please contact. Worked as it should next shower and no problem rest of week. As always great service and will be returning in a few months! October 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Emergency stay Having to get a room last minuet due to a family emergence this property and IHR went above and beyond. As I do travel mostly for business this was an unexpected last minuet trip and could not have been worked out better. I would recommend this location hands down! Thanks IHG for helping relieve what could have been added stress instead gave us the opportunity to de stress. Thanks again all. September 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stop over in Medford with 2 Shelties Nice Holiday Inn. No surprises when checking in or in our room. The bed was comfort. I like that they give you two large pillows (one firm, one soft). Breakfast is okay. I stayed at 3 different Holiday Inn during my 10 day vacation, and they all had the same food. So, like I said, no surprises. I brought my two shelties with me, and HI gave them a goodie bag. And, I like that HI offers them a designated area where my 2 dogs can go potty. September 16, 2015
