Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by We were disappointed We were disappointed at tur stay. The staff and people who work there are wonderful in spite of that. Our first issue was with our GPS. The address was incorrect on the printout we received online. It does not say S. Penninger Road and so it took us the wrong way. The desk clerk told us that the city did not allow you to put the "south" on the address even though the street sign on the corner clearly had "south" on it. We heard others complaining about it as well. We were also disappointed that we did not have a refrigerator or microwave. We have stayed at many HIE motels and our rooms almost always are furnished with a microwave and refrigerator. There were problems with the Wi-Fi and the clerk acted as if they didn't know about it. Others were complaining as well. It would have been better if we had been told right up front that there was a problem and they were working on it. You need to get a new supplier of bananas because most of them were bruised and rotten. Sorry to be so negative but we thought you should know about our experience. October 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Attentive staff The staff at Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Medford-Central Point have always been very professional, courteous, and proactively helpful; and always with a smile on their face. The Hotel itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Even in the middle of the day with normal daily activity and staff cleaning adjacent rooms, the noise level in the room is low enough to get quality rest. October 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, clean rooms We were pleasantly surprised at the quietness within the hotel. Freeway noises and truck noises were not an issue as we feared they might be. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and welcoming. We will return on our next trip that way. October 8, 2014
