The hotel was very neat and clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. However the jacuzzi being down for repairs was unfortunate and when we called down to inquire about the lack of hot water for our evening shower, we were informed no maintenance was available because it was the weekend which is surprising since that would seem to be their busiest time.

Everything was great about this Hotel. My only complaint was the breakfast. The only eggs they offered were omelettes. Your choice was a cheese or western. If you can't eat cheese(dairy) or you don't like peppers you couldn't have any eggs. It is a nice gesture to offer omelettes but totally impractical. They need to stick to the basics which will please EVERYONE. I wont be back unless they change their breakfast eggs.

We specifically booked the king whirlpool room so that we could relax in the whirlpool. When we went to run water into the tub the water that came out was brown. We immediately called the front desk. The girl told us that she would have to call the manager in an exasperated tone. Five minutes later she called us back to inform us that other rooms were having the same problem and that they had just installed a new hot water heater. She told us to run the hot water until it ran clear and then it should be good. We then we had to spend 10 minutes scrubbing all of the dirt off the bottom of our tub. By the time the water was finally clear there was no hot water left. The worst part of the whole ordeal was that we never received an apology for all of the trouble.
