From the minute we walked in the door we could tell that we made the right choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had been talking it up all day to our kids and they were really disappointed. The staff was really helpful in getting it ready by the next morning so we could salvage that part of the trip. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfying In general, an unsatisfying experience. But for the help of the desk clerk, we might have left the room early and gone to another hotel. The room we were given (101) reeked of stale cigarette smoke,and there was no similar room available. Room was inadequately supplied by housekeeping with shampoo and conditioner, probably because of hotel policy. Front desk clerk corrected this. August 18, 2015
