We stopped at the Holiday Inn Express while on a family vacation. From the minute we walked in the door we could tell that we made the right choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed the breakfast provided the next morning.

Nice location, friendly staff, nice free breakfast, reasonable price, clean and quiet. For a business trip that's all I wanted.

This motel and staff were exceptional. The place was immaculate and the staff was courteous, friendly and professional. A special shout out to Benjamin F. who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and it was. He is an asset to the motel and the corporation. Thank you Benjamin!

The pool experienced an unexpected problem right before we got there and they had to shut it down for the night. We had been talking it up all day to our kids and they were really disappointed. The staff was really helpful in getting it ready by the next morning so we could salvage that part of the trip.

In general, an unsatisfying experience. But for the help of the desk clerk, we might have left the room early and gone to another hotel. The room we were given (101) reeked of stale cigarette smoke,and there was no similar room available. Room was inadequately supplied by housekeeping with shampoo and conditioner, probably because of hotel policy. Front desk clerk corrected this.
