The room was very nice. The only problem we had was the light on the left side of the bed was very hard to turn off.

Great to be back! Was nice to go out Tuesday night and see Randy out there with the guests.
Would be nice to see different bread options!
Heater in room was a little loud and made it hard to get to sleep.
Why is it that the exercise room and lounge have comcast and the rooms do not?
This makes it easier for the person to hit the guide button and see a TV menu instead of having to go channel by channel.

It's amazing how our society has become so used to poor customer service and flat out rude behavior towards consumers. I can and will settle for lower quality amenities and accommodations in order to receive quality customer service, however; I enjoy the "best of both worlds" scenario at the Holiday Inn Express in Chambersburg, Pa on Wayne Avenue. I am treated very well by all members of the staff, but want to especially recognize Laken as she is the one I have the pleasure of working with most often on night shift.

I drive between Maine and Georgia at least twice a year usually making two overnight stops each way and a three or four day stay at my destination. It is important to me that I am able to feel comfortable and settle in on the first night of any place other than my own home. Holiday Inn provides that assurance for me.
