I was very happy with my stay overall, especially given that it was half the price of the place I originally looked at in Carrboro, just 10 min. away! May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice overall experience I stayed in a King Suite, from what I understand there were only 2 available both right next to the elevators and exit doors. Convenient, but late at night and during early morning you can hear the exit door slam very loudly. So I would suggest stay out of the King Suites and book a regular King which I believe is at the other end of the hall and very quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable, room had an interesting layout that seemed to create 3 nice separate areas. Morning staff to 4/5pm staff was very good, evening staff was a bit undermanned as one person try to cover a lot of traffic. Staff always polite, always responsive. Used our usual cab service, Destiny cab with Mr. Lawrence driving. It was a pleasant cab ride to Chapel Hill. Breakfast and breakfast staff very good. Will return. May 18, 2015

She is knowledgable, courteous and determined everything goes well at HIE..She treated us like family and helped me with some special needs. Jamera was very good too, helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is the lack of the shuttle service on Sundays. I think that would please a lot of people, from what I overheard on the elevators! May 11, 2015
