It was Easter weekend and we were afraid we would not be able to find a room. HI staff worked with us and got us a room at this HI Express. We had a wonderful stay. April 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love those pillows The room was comfortable; slept great in the bed with the best pillows ever. I wanted to take them home, but I did not. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of foods; breakfast staff were very helpful and efficient. Although we did not swim, it was very nice to sit by the pool and read. One of my constant complaints is employees who should be doing their jobs, but are on their cell phones either talking or texting. This was true of the front desk staff. It's hard to take care of the guests' needs when staff do not know a guest is standing in front of them because they are too busy with personal business. A nice touch would be a shuttle to downtown.
