We needed an overnight stay, We chose this hotel because of its proximity to our meeting locations on Tuesday. The room was adequate. However the staff's customer services skills left much to be desired. I accidentally pushed the wrong button on the coke vending machine. I took it to the evening front desk clerk, asking for a refund for the unopened drink. My mistake, I understand. But she acted as if I was asking for a gold bracelet, instead of a $1.25 exchange.
When we checked out on Tuesday I asked for a receipt. I was told that we could not get one because we booked online through an agency. It was not the refusal per se, but rude manner in which we were given the rejection.
If good customer service is important to you, I cannot recommend this location.
