Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff The hotel Manager Brenda was very accomodating during my last stay when the circuit blew out all of the lights in my room. She immediately came to my room with a new key and helped me move down the hall to another room. However, inspecting the new room, it was very clean, and the noise from the trucks jake brakes were loud. January 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Medication After leaving the hotel, Brenda from the hotel contacted us via car phone to tell us one of our traveling members forgot his diabetic medications in the room. We were 3 hours from there so she contacted Fed Ex and overnighted the meds to our next destination. Her concern and helpfullness were above and beyond expectation! January 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay Very nice room - very clean, extremely comfortable bed, perfect layout with the extra sofa sleeper for our teenage son. Really close to the highway but it didn't bother us (we kept the fan on all night). Price was higher than typical but it was in the city. It pays to be an IHG member - I had enough points to take some money off of our stay. Will definitely stay here again since we pass through here once a year. Staff people were not rude or unpleasant, just not as warm and welcoming as we've experienced at other Holiday Inn Express locations. January 2, 2015

The 'laundry room' is not all that great... One washer one dryer, definitely needs upgraded. December 31, 2014
