Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay Very clean, modern and well-appointed inn. The staff was very courteous and was working very hard to keep up. Only a few minor, easily correctable issues: -too much chlorine in the pool -hot tub circulation not working properly -not quite enough door sound insulation from noisy people in the hallways -not sure exhaust fan in bathroom was working -breakfast staff seemed short-handed; they worked very hard and kept a cheerful attitude, but couldn't quite keep up with the rush (just needed another person to help out) -need a few more parking spaces in the lot I have no doubt we will stay there again. But i have to say that I left a $1.50 on the dresser in louse change and left for the day and when i returns that night it was missing. i do this at each hotel i stay at It lets me know how honest the staff is and if I need to be concerned of anything else that may be missing. As a traveler I would like to think that personal belongings would be left untouched that has proved not to be the case. June 15, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Staff Responce We had a 2 night stay. The first room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. The bowl filled up to the rim and slowly drop. Asked for another room. New room seemed fine until after we went to bed and I heard the toiled running then stop about every 5-6 minutes. I got up and found the tank was leaking into the bowl and then refill. I turned off the water and went back to bed. The next morning I asked the front desk to have the toilet repaired and explained the problem. Returned to the room about 9 P.M. and found that the toilet was not repaired. When we went to bed I again turned off the water to avoid wasting the water and hearing the water run every 5-6 minutes. This was a simple fix by replacing the flapper. June 14, 2015
