Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I enjoyed my stay in Charlottetown and would absolutely return to this property. Of special note was the kind woman who worked the night shift and was so much fun to chat with. I am a priority club member and she offered me a beer when I arrived at the hotel very late on the first night. While the hotel itsel was clean and comfortable, my room was quite lovely and much nicer than usual (I loved it) -- and the staff was just great. April 30, 2013

Had to leave the heater running constantly just to maintain room temperature.Someone from the hotel asked me about it, said they would look at it and nothing changed ! This is a nice property, breakfast was classic Hiex, and the room was very spacious. Avoid the top floor, especially a corner room. Maybe the heaters will be upgraded when we return next year March 3, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable room but the service was good I have stayed at this location before but my most recent visit was not the best. First off there was all kinds of noise throughout the night children running up and own the halls I did report this to the staff but it continued. As the night went on I noticed the heating stopped working, I phoned guest services and they sent up a tech to look at it, he claimed he fixed it I said sure as I was heading out for dinner. When I returned the room was freezing cold which then the staff found me a better room. January 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, clean, comfortable with good facilities ive now stayed at The Holiday Inn Charlotttown PEI 3 times and each time the experience has been a good one If there is one niggle it's the lack of a bar. Returning in the evening to relax with a beer before lights out would be great Minor really but suppose it stands out cause everything else is very good. Staff need a particular mention- excellent!
