Unfortunately the walls are so thin that I was awakened at 6:00 AM by the wake up call in the next room and then again at 6:10 AM as I assume the person did not answer the first or requested a snooze follow up call. Price is high for this class of hotel. March 11, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and it seems to be lowering its standards of late. On previous visits, staff have gone out of their way to make it a pleasant stay and helped in every way possible when issues arose during my stay. This past visit, my room was not cleaned properly. I only noticed in the morning that my bathroom had not been cleaned: toothpaste in the sink, female hygienic products in the garbage and hair in the sink and on the floor. This made me extremely uncomfortable as it made me question the quality of the cleaning given to the rest of the room. For the first time in a Holiday Inn, I refused to use the coffee maker in my room. The worst was that I did not know it was not clean until I had already spent the night. Had I slept in a dirty bed? When I mentioned my room was not cleaned properly, no effort was made by the desk staff to rectify the situation. I have had other issues in the past and when staff made efforts to "smooth it over", I gave it another chance and was sufficiently well compensated for my inconveniences. This time was the worst of the issues and no effort was made at all to respond to my disgust. January 28, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cold Room I was given the room designed for a disabled person. The bed, and desk were comfortable. The counter around the sink in the bathroom was too small. The room was cold and the floor in the bathroom was frigid no matter what I tried with the room temperature. If I were disabled this would be a real problem. December 19, 2012

Climate controls unusually loud & operated frequently, Wi-Fi coverage extremely spotty, with little to no reception unless sitting near the room entry door. Missed work opportunities as a result. Lacking in-room microwave. Great location for a weekend getaway or brief stay but not recommended for business travelers in need of reliable Internet access within room. December 18, 2012

Whether I am staying one night or multiple nights, everyone ( Desk, Breakfast, Housekeeping) goes out of their way to make me feel as if I was at home and not at just at another hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Luanne was working at the front desk and she went above and beyond to help me check in. She also asked if I was a Priority Club member. I let her know that I currently have 2 accounts open and I haven't had a chance to straighten them out. After I checked in, she called me in my room to let me know that she had found both of my accounts and she was going to slide the account numbers and point balances under my door since that is the information I will need straighten out my Priority Club accounts. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water I travel a fair bit and 90% of my stays are at A Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is a nice hotel and fairly new. My stay on the night of Oct 17th was not so good. I woke up to no hot water. Upon informing the front desk, she said maintenance was working on which was fine, things happen but she was not that nice and never apologized for the inconvenience.
