Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room condition was disappointing! There were two double beds in the room, and each had deep depressions in their surface. It was obvious in each bed that either the springs had collapsed, or something had occurred to cause the mattresses to have deep indentations.. I assume both mattresses were so old they were just worn out. Both the night and day clerks were advised of the mattress conditions. The carpet had not been cleaned, and the room in general was not what I generally see in a Holiday Inn room. It appeared that this facility is older and needs updating! May 11, 2015
