I used points to reserve a room for my daughter and son-in-law, who were celebrating their anniversary in Chattanooga. They loved the hotel and raved about the kindness of the staff.
They said the hotel was conveniently located and they felt very comfortable at the location.

We always enjoy our visit at your hotel while we are in Chattanooga, TN. I think the thing we are most impressed with is the breakfast you offer. The staff was very helpful. The grandkids love the indoor pool. Thank you for the little gift you give to all IHG Rewards Club Members!

We booked this hotel thinking it was downtown on the shuttle route. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to get to a shuttle stop and our room was about 50 feet from a busy road, so it was noisy at night. The fire alarm went off in our room about 11 pm the first night, so that had to be fixed. The one went off in a neighbors room about 7am the next morning. We weren't too impressed with the staff, but they did give us 1000 points on our priority club account. The breakfast was great and the room was wonderful, but we probably wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and very pleasant. The rooms were clean and maintained, and the breakfast options were very good. I have kids and do not stay just anywhere, but the next time I am in Chattanooga I will be staying here.

Stayed here for the 4 Bridges Half Marathon, Had a great time, Hotel was wonderful, great breakfast, great staff, overall a great weekend. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Chattanooga at a Hotel that is within walking distance of everything.

I only needed to stay one night prior to a race. Good points: room was fine although it did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Bathroom was spacious though the tubs could use an upgrade. Hotel was clean and parking was awesome. The cleaning lady I happened to see in the hallway was very friendly. Bad points: front desk staff was not friendly. Not outright rude but definitely lacked smiles and general appeal. Walls were kind of thin. I could hear conversations next door as well as their TV. Luckily they were asleep quickly. The breakfast was disappointing because they didn't serve it early enough for me to get anything before the race. Overall it was fine but there are much nicer and friendlier hotels in Downtown Chattanooga that I would recommend.

Very nice property. Friendly and happy staff. Love the indoor pool.
Only issue was my room the last night was on the 2nd floor on the front of the property. Road noise. My first few days were on a higher floor. No noise issues. Checked out and had to check back in for 1 night. Ask for a higher floor or the back of the property.

the gorund fault 4 outlet in bathroom did not work. Found out when i tried to plug iron in, in the morning, and iron did not work. Thought it was the iron and told front desk about it. The lady said I should have reset the breaker. I don't think that is my resonsibility.
If I would have used the outlet at night, I proabably would have tried that. I thought it was the iron.

Our recent overnight stay was great. Front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally courteous. The location was great for us as we moved our freshman student into college at UTC. Although located a few blocks from the immediate downtown this was a straight shot to UTC campus. We enjoyed our breakfast outside in the courtyard. The complimentary parking was also nice.

Can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay at your hotel. All employees were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Overall a great experience. We will return and recommend.

Excellent stay. Great staff, very friendly. Got a great tip on a place to eat along with a discount coupon. Location is great for downtown enjoyment. Easy to find right off the freeway.
Will stay here again on my next trip.

We stayed here last week. It was the best Holiday Inn Express that we have ever stayed at. We travel frequently and this hotel wins thumbs up from us.Great room, breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had no idea where to stay in Chattanooga so we chose this hotel blind. We were five minutes from downtown and UTC. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. We were very pleas. Note that you do have to pay to park downtown. It was only $2 however. It is too far to walk especially with children.

I talked to the front desk staff on two occasions explaining that I was not able to get internet service in my room. On both occasions they seemed quite uniterested in my problem and never took care of it. I checked into the hotel on a Sunday afternoon and checked out on a Monday morning, and for the entire duration of my stay, I had on internet service and was unable to conduct business.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in was quick. Room was so nice, and honestly, better than expected. The property was very convenient to downtown and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will stay again when in Chattanooga!

I was very displeased with the accommodations and set up of this reservation. This reservation was made several months in advance through a central reservation center and the requested set up was not accommodated nor was it "able to be" according to the hotel staff. It is very frustrating to go through the whole process of reserving a room, explaining the special circumstances, and arriving to be told "no one knew about the requests and we cannot accommodate." We had a worse experience at the Holiday Inn we stayed at our our trip to Florida. This Chattannooga hotel was our return. We are Priority Club members and are seriously considering NEVER staying at another Holiday Inn.

It would have been nice if there were more gluten free choices on the breakfast. the room was nice and neat and clean. The Jacuzzi tub was too small. overall it was a good place to stay. The girls at the desk were helpful and polite.

I was only there for one night on business. I needed internet access to send emails and do work. Unfortunately, i was only able to stay connected for about 10-15 minutes and it was extremely slow. When i called the night manager, he took 45 minutes to respond. Then I wanted to buy a sprite from the fridge at 8pm and he was away from the desk for 20 minutes +. I finally gave up.
Next morning I went to breakfast, and the hot food was cold and soggy, especially the eggs.
I will not ever stay here again.

This is a very beautiful property, it just irks me that they offer NO Priority Club benefits- they told me that instead of getting water or a snack, I would get Free parking! That's preposterous! This is the only IHG property that I know that is cutting corners like this and they should be ashamed of themselves.
It's not that they don't have water available, they have an ample selection of refreshments TO BUY- If IHG is going to take the airline business model, I'll just buy whatever I need before I get there- like I do when I'm flying.

I have stayed here about 5 times before, but never left a review. Nice property. Very convenient to the highway. I like to choose the room with the jacuzzi tub, but hardly ever actually take advantage of it (until this last stay). Overall quite positive. The staff was very warm and friendly. The only issues I had this time involved the fact that the waffle/pancake machine was down (I always look forward to that), the only fruit at breakfast was bananas (normally there are others to choose), and the required Award Points have gone up. I would definitely stay here again.
