This was a very friendly and clean Hotel. Thank you for making my family feel welcome! The breakfast was great and appreciate the attentiveness of the staff. If we are in the area again, we will book at this Hotel.

Hotel offers an excellent location close to everything in downtown Chattanooga. A bit pricey for a Holiday Inn Express but the location makes it worth it.

I do not usually write reviews although I travel for work a lot and spend half of my life in Holiday Inn's every year. I have stayed at this specific property at least 10 times over the past 3 years and I have almost always had issues with customer service. First of all, they never ask you if you want bonus points or an amenity package upon check-in. When asked about it, they state that "we do not ask at this property because we automatically award the points to you". Thus, you never receive bonus points at this location. Secondly, they have incorrectly billed me several times at this location as well. On my most recent stay, I was charged two nights although I only stayed one. Lastly, it is very difficult to make direct bill reservation with the front desk. They consistently give excuses on why they can not help you over they phone. But direct bill reservations cannot be handled any other way. Other than that, the property and rooms are very nice and well kept.
