Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Checkin Check in was easy. Had called to advise a late arrival and was no problem. Clean, neat, comfortable. Leaving early did not allow me to use breakfast. You should have go-bags available for guests that cannot use the breakfast amenity (i.e., muffin, water, etc.) September 6, 2014

Even when the omelets were little cold , the staff person would not let us eat them and came out with more cooked ones. Other food choices and exercise room were fine.We will come back to this Hotel on next visit. September 5, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Technology Upgrade The computer system crashed at least twice in the two days we were there. Both times we were inconvenienced by this technological breakdown. The front desk attendant was unable to provide us with any resolution to our issues. Furthermore, we were awoken at 11:30 pm by the front desk calling our room phone. When we answered, the front desk wanted to know if we checked in. This happened on our second night of the stay. A computer system\database upgrade is overdue. September 3, 2014

The staff at the front desk was rude about a mistake made on their part. But overall the experience was nice. September 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Close to local attractions I was disappointed not to be recognized as a platinum rewards member. No "goodie bag"! At our next night's stay in Asheville we were offered the choice of 600 reward points or the bag of treats. I appreciated that. We had to struggle to squeeze by 5-6 housekeeping staff with their large laundry carts when trying to get to the lobby. The room was very nice and the guy at check in did recommend a very nice spot for pizza. September 3, 2014
