Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel, good rates and in convenient location Overall I was very satisfied with our experience at this hotel. On-Line booking was easy and even though we arrived late in the evening, our room was ready. The hotel staff was polite and friendly. We did not use the indoor pool or exercise room, but it looked clean and I would use them on the next stay. My largest complaint really was the difficulty in getting in an out of bed as the box spring and mattress combination made the bed almost as high as my waist! I cannot imagine an elderly or limited mobility person being able to get in and out of bed. Also, the breakfast selection, while hot and tasty was often limited in quantity. we often had to wait for more eggs or rolls to be brought out. Still, I would recommend this hotel to persons traveling to the Buffalo New York area. June 12, 2015

She could've been more empathetic to the issue at hand...he was paying cash but was unable to use a CC to handle any incidentals...I almost interrupted to offer my CC for their incidentals...she was unsure as to how to handle this and a little "loud" about it...your guest was very embarrassed... I just really felt bad for this guest...he was part of a LARGE group of sports teams that were there for the weekend...it seems that these groups were "return" guests...just felt bad for the guy... Bonnie is very nice...understand...but just not sure how to handle this... June 9, 2015

I stayed several weeks back with renovations on same floor and wasn't informed until I asked by calling down in morning from late night dinner meeting. In any case, this was better and look forward to next stay in August for part of a week. June 6, 2015
