1st night was ok,2nd night of stay was ruined by noise, guests running up and down hallway (baseball teams).We woke later next morning due to not sleeping well and Staff was putting breakfast away early.

We stayed in this Holiday Inn Express on our way up to Canada, and on the way back home from Canada. Each end of the trip was fantastic. The front desk clerk, Cody, checked us in both evenings and his service was exemplary. Both evenings he thanked us for being IHG Rewards Club Members. He changed one of our rooms from 2 queens to one king quickly and seamlessly. He was very pleasant and such a great example of excellent customer service. The breakfast is very nice, with great variety. We love the pancake maker. Holiday Inn House Blend coffee is a personal favorite. The hotel was also very new, therefore, the rooms were spotless, large, and very nicely appointed. We will stay here on our next Canadian adventure.Very close to shopping mall, restaurants, and the Buffalo Airport.

We reserved two double beds for a family of 4 ( 2 adults / 2 teenage boys). Upon check in at 1.50am we were told they were experiencing a problem with their website and only had one room with one bed left. Front desk clerk was very apologetic and tried his best to help by calling different hotels in the area to find us a room but at that point everyone was sold out. We had no choice but to accept the one room for $40.00 off the price. We were not able to all fit in the one bed so I ended up sleeping on a chair which was not very comfortable. I am very disappointed that a renowned brand as holiday inn would make such a mistake and I no longer have faith in this hotel brand.
