We needed a third bed and a roll away was printed on the confirmation a week in advance. None were available upon arrival with no notice in advance so we could plan accordingly. Managements solution was to rent another room at outrageously high rates. There was a minor discount offered but nothing meaningful. The managers only goal was to take advantage of the situation and gouge as much money as possible out of us. I offered reasonable rate for the night for another room but since they were sure they would fill fill they refused any meaningful room discount. The manager does not realize that his actions to gouge an extra $100 caused thousands of lost future room revenue from business travel. I also overheard the people checking in ahead of us.being told by the desk agent that their discount reservation had been lost but they could still stay there at a much higher rate. They (the management) were a pathetic excuse for customer service. Conduct was rude and condesending. They made it obvious they do not care if someone stays there again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was super clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and I would stay here again. Breakfast selection was excellent.
